Privacy
Your file is processed in memory and discarded immediately after the response is sent — we never save a copy. Only non-content metadata (filename, size, timestamp) is logged.
Output format
Workbooks without images return a plain .dxf file. If your workbook contains pasted images, you'll instead get a .zip containing the .dxf plus the extracted images — unzip and keep them together in one folder. If images don't appear immediately when you open the DXF, save the file once and reopen it — this is a known one-time AutoCAD behavior for relative image references, not an error in your file.
